“Punk Rock & Ice Cream” is the title track from Arizona singer-songwriter Nic Pool’s upcoming self-titled debut EP, which will be released later this summer. It was co-written and produced by his partner Emmy Wildwood while the pair were quarantined at their home studio in Tucson during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All proceeds of "PR&IC" on Bandcamp will be donated to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the top legal organization fighting for racial justice in the U.S.. Through litigation, advocacy and public education, LDF seeks to protect voting rights, reform our criminal justice system, and achieve education equity and economic justice for all.

"Punk Rock & Ice Cream" follows Nic’s debut singles “The Falls” and “Rockets,” both released in 2018 and which earned playlist support from Spotify’s Fresh Finds: Index and In Electric Dreams, as well as The Line Of Best Fit, i-D, Kick Kick Snare, Disco Naivété, All Things Go, and others. “The Falls” became a Most Blogged Track on Hype Machine and earned remixed by Daniel D’artiste (of Jaden and Willow Smith’s MSFTSRep collective) and JD Samson (Le Tigre, MEN).
